Reiki is simple. The recipient remains fully clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and asked to relax. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation involved.
Clients may feel various sensations from the practitioner’s hands during a treatment, such as warmth and tingling. In general, the client feels relaxed and peaceful throughout.
How Many Treatments are needed?
